Million‑kilo world record
In 2018, Josh lifted 1,000,000 kg in under 24 hours to raise money and awareness for cystic fibrosis – more than doubling the previous record.

Josh became one of four people to complete an extreme 24hr multi‑disciplined endurance challenge to prove what is possible with cystic fibrosis.​

3 Nations 5 Days
Josh swam 21 miles, cycled around 200 miles and ran 160 miles over five days with no rest, fundraising for CF Warriors and Rays of Sunshine
